  • -When my advisor left, I was left in not knowing about it for a while.

  • -They provided me with different types of policies which I would afford. I could think about it for a few days on making my decision.

6.7 "My vehicle was in an accident. Breakdown took it away. I claimed within 24r hours. Waited 5 weeks for claim to be finalised."

  • +The call centre was actually very helpful and sympathetic.
  • -The outsourced assessor took his time on this. It was an older model and repair would cost more than the value of the car. Then he had to outsource parts. I sent emails, called a few times. And then lodged a complaint at the call centre. Things sped up after that. The car was a write off.
