  • +Great response , especially with geyser claims and fasttrack claims
  • -Depending on the SANTAM platform you need to provide the COC document for a geyser even if you already paid for the damage. This slows down the claim process immensly.

6.0 "Shabby workmanship on my car"

  • -I currently am insured with you ppl, but get no joy from you with regards to service. Had an incident two months back and my claim was approved with on of your panelbeaters G & J... i have had to have this panel beater rework my vehicle 3 times already and they are still not getting right. I'm very disappointed with this. Your assessors don't come back to me as promised i'm constantly the one calling your offices to have you sort out this issue but still nothing. policy no: ********** 64
